Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with expertise in developing modern web and mobile applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) with integrations to Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud.

The ideal candidate has 10-12 years of experience in technical roles with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET, as well as strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth2 authentication, and CI/CD tools.

The successful candidate will work closely with HR teams to deliver scalable configurations and extensions for Oracle HCM. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas.

  • Design and develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas that meet business requirements.
  • Build and integrate HCM REST and SOAP web services for third-party systems.
  • Manage security profiles, roles, data access and workflow approvals in HCM.
  • Perform data loading and mass updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Spreadsheet Loaders.
