Job Title: Senior Generative AI Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Generative AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced generative AI models and deploying them in large-scale production environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex generative AI models using various frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient code for our AI systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions that meet those needs.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions using machine learning algorithms and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Deploy AI models on cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred) and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Work closely with data scientists to collect and preprocess data for model training and validation.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, milestones, and challenges.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve overall code quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI and deep learning.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language and experience with popular libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (Google Cloud preferred) and containerization tools like Docker.
  • Experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A good team player with a high level of personal commitment and willingness to learn new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with NLP and text processing techniques.
  • Familiarity with GANs and VAEs architectures.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
