We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team at STATS PERFORM. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business process improvement and transformation.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a systems thinker with a passion for developing and maintaining efficient processes. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic plans to implement changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to understand pros and cons, opportunities for improvement, and establish high-level structured plans to implement changes.
- Document business processes, both in written and visual form (process flows).
- Establish trusted relationships with internal client teams and interface with stakeholders across the business to gather information, gain diverse perspectives, and deepen subject matter expertise.
- Assist with ad hoc strategic and research-based inquiries such as performing high-level strategic analysis, creating strategic materials, and evaluating industry trends/systems and researching best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in a role requiring problem-solving and process analysis.
- Excellent analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Experience working with the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
