Highly Skilled Fund Accounting Leader Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Lead to oversee the financial operations of our Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), focusing on debt-based strategies across Category II and Category III funds.
- The role requires in-depth knowledge of fund structures, investment life cycles, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing accounting and financial operations for AIFs;
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration;
- Preparing and maintaining accurate financial reports and records;
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards;
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity;
Requirements for this position include:
- Advanced degree in finance or accounting;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fund accounting and financial operations;
- Proven track record of managing large-scale financial projects;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
