Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the governance and facilitation of the Manager Control Assessment (MCA), including the assessment and approval of risk associated with business changes.
  2. Motivate and manage large teams in the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the implementation of the Control Framework.
  3. Perform detailed analysis on the identification of issue root cause, partnering with control and process owners to recommend holistic corrective actions and improvements.
  4. Contribute to the Lessons Learned Policy, including monitoring of control breaches and dissemination of learnings across business units.
  5. Participate in the review and challenge process for the effective design and management of controls to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  1. 10-12 years of relevant experience in Operational Risk/Enterprise Risk Management/Business Risk Management, including team management.
  2. Project management and governance experience, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed critical milestones.
  3. Outstanding leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
  4. Ability to foster working relationships with other leaders across multiple lines of business.
  5. Demonstrated judgement and critical thinking skills.
  6. Management of a global operations and a complex environment that includes global teams.
  7. Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with a strong results orientation.
