Human Resources Executive Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources professional to oversee HR functions across our business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Hire travel consultants, sales executives, tour coordinators, and support staff. Conduct thorough interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster positive relationships among staff members and branches. Address employee concerns and grievances professionally. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Compliance and HR Policies: Develop and implement tailored HR policies for the travel industry. Ensure compliance with labor law requirements. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Payroll and Attendance: Monitor attendance, leave approvals, and shift allocations. Coordinate payroll processing with accounting teams.
  • Performance Support: Collaborate with sales and operations teams to set performance benchmarks. Identify training needs, sales techniques, customer service skills, and destination knowledge. Assist in appraisals and incentive programs.
  • Strategic HR Support: Provide HR insights to management for informed manpower planning decisions. Contribute to creating a motivated team aligned with business objectives.
