Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and scoring guidance to quality assurance staff
  • Answer questions on regulations and compliance

  • Escalate key maintenance errors identified during the scoring process
  • Assist in the development and design of product-specific databases
  • Review and score work
  • Prepare calibration scores and facilitate calibrations across the team
  • Monitor quality assurance programs and processes to identify gaps and risk assessment
  • Design and conduct training as needed
  • Provide coaching to staff and track performance expectations and results
  • Make final scoring decisions on disputes that impact quality results
Requirements
  • 4+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Able to multitask to accomplish tasks effectively
  • Able to interpret documents and requests received
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately while maintaining acceptable standards of workmanship
  • Quick learner with the ability to retain a high volume of information
  • Ability to recognize and escalate any discrepancies identified or noticed while processing
