We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cath Lab Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the cath lab with necessary equipment, supplies, and medications before cardiac procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, such as angiograms, angioplasty, stent placements, and electrophysiology studies.">
  • Operating and troubleshooting specialized cath lab equipment, including X-ray machines, catheters, and imaging systems.">
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs, heart rhythms, and overall condition during procedures, reporting any changes to the medical team.">
  • Maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to infection control protocols.">
  • Implementing radiation safety measures for patients, staff, and yourself while using X-ray equipment.">
  • Providing post-procedure patient care, including transferring patients to recovery areas and monitoring their recovery process.">
  • Maintaining and calibrating cath lab equipment regularly to ensure accurate and safe operation.">
  • Documenting patient information, procedure details, and any complications during or after the procedure accurately.">
