Job Description

Data systems architect to design, build and maintain scalable data solutions driving business growth.

  • Develop high-performance data pipelines using scalability, reliability and speed principles.
  • Lead full-stack software development projects involving large language models, retrieval-augmented generation frameworks and AI technologies.
  • Promote modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, containerization and cloud-native deployments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to transform use cases into production-ready services and solutions.
  • Implement rigorous testing and monitoring practices ensuring superior data quality and integrity.
  • Mentor junior team members fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering or related field.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience with 3-5 years in Data Engineering or related discipline.

Tech Skills

  • Expertise in Python and SQL with strong data manipulation skills.
  • Proficiency in Databricks/PySpark, dbt, Airflow, Temporal and vector databases.
  • Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks and machine learning fundamentals.
