Job Description

The Sales Executive role at BHIVE Workspace involves driving revenue growth by converting new leads, handling renewals, and managing the sales cycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • New Sale:
    • Convert inbound leads and pre-qualified outbound leads into Virtual Office customers.
    • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with prospects to understand their business needs.
    • Craft tailored sales pitches and solutions to highlight the value of BHIVE's Virtual Office services.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Renewals & Upselling:
    • Manage renewal conversations with existing Virtual Office customers to ensure retention.
    • Upsell additional services such as workspace day passes, meeting room packages, and coworking upgrades.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business.
    • Identify potential workspace clients from VO users and pitch coworking upgrades.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting:
    • Keep CRM systems updated with sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.
    • Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
    • Work closely with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
