Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of quality assurance and automation practices across microservices-based platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies, incorporating test automation and exploratory testing techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to drive quality and innovation.
  • Implement shift-left and shift-right testing best practices to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement.
  • Enhance CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable feedback, streamlining the development process.
  • Coach and mentor teams on quality, testability, and resilience, fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with 3+ years in automation using JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Strong background in API testing, BDD/TDD, and working with distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Git, Jira, and CI tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in performance, security, or accessibility testing.
  • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or AI/ML testing.
