  1. Create campaign themes that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
  2. Collaborate with the copywriter to develop creative ideas and concepts that meet the brief.
  3. Gather insights about the target audience and business context to create engaging advertising materials.
  4. Work with the Lead Creative and Brand Team to refine and present ideas.
  5. Present and pitch concepts to clients, ensuring clear communication of vision and execution.
  6. Guide other team members, including designers and visual specialists, to achieve creative goals.
  7. Mange external collaborations, such as photographers, artists, or filmmakers, to bring creative vision to life.
  8. Lead campaign delivery across all platforms: Print, OOH, Store Creatives, Catchment (BTL), Performance, and DVC.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Art, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a related field.
  • Current portfolio to be submitted with your application.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
