We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our user acquisition efforts and drive growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in mobile games user acquisition, with a proven track record of success in setting up and optimizing campaigns on various advertising platforms.

• Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build, track, and optimize UA campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
• Work closely with the design team to develop high-performing creative assets for advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate attribution and report generation.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support on campaign strategies and execution.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in user acquisition, preferably in mobile games.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding team members.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness and ability to own initiatives.
• Excellent data analysis skills and experience working in a metrics-driven role.
• Practical working knowledge of tracking technologies and user acquisition key performance indicators (KPIs).
