Software Engineering Leader

We are looking for a technically strong engineering leader to drive and grow our charter to newer heights.

You will be responsible for driving the technical and execution strategy to build a highly resilient, fault-tolerant system for international flights, domestic flights, bus, and train bookings.

  • Developing a team of highly motivated and talented individuals to collaborate with project managers, product managers, and SDEs across the company.
  • Working closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.
  • Instilling best practices for software development and documentation, ensuring designs meet requirements, and delivering high-quality work on tight schedules.

Candidates should have:

  • 7+ years of engineering experience
  • 3+ years of engineering team management experience
  • 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services experience
  • Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle
