Lab Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lab Manager to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lab setups, asset inventory management, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and manage lab environments, including hardware, software, network configurations, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure lab environments meet validation needs and comply with global team and IT infrastructure guidelines.
  • Oversee lab asset lifecycle, from procurement to decommissioning, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Facilitate asset audits and manage equipment movement in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Support annual lab shutdown activities and coordinate with validation teams for lab visits and technical demos.
  • Ensure lab safety, compliance, and readiness for internal or external audits.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related technical field.
  • 8 years of experience managing engineering labs in hardware software validation environments.
  • Strong understanding of lab infrastructure, hands-on experience with calibration tools, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
  • Preferred: Experience with LIMS, asset tracking tools, ITSM systems, embedded platforms, and knowledge of lab safety standards.
