Job Overview

We are seeking a senior maintenance engineer to oversee the upkeep of our machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance engineering and be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of engineers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify issues and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10-14 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
