Financial Systems Expert

We are seeking a skilled Financial Systems Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules across multiple entities.

Your primary focus will be on identifying problems and opportunities within the organization and providing solutions that help achieve the business' goals during the transformation phase. This requires a strong understanding of financial systems, business processes, and technical skills in implementing Oracle Fusion Financials.

1. Implement and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
2. Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for finance functions. Define business requirements and report them back to stakeholders.
3. Collect and analyze business requirements for Fusion Financials Implementation projects.
4. Write business requirement documents and other functional and technical documentations.
5. Assist in design, development, testing, and implementation of the fusion solution.
6. Integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with third-party applications e.g., banking systems, procurement systems, etc.
7. Provide suggestions to enhance/ automate ERP applications for optimal financial performance.
8. Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions. Ensure that project deliverables meet customer specifications.
9. Provide technical expertise in building financial reports, dashboards, and analytics.
10. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
11. Resolve technical and operational problems in a timely fashion. Respond to stakeholder queries and concerns promptly.
12. Develop testing scenarios and write test scripts. Work with documentation team to develop user guides and training materials.
13. Develop functional models, conduct bench-marking, and process analysis. Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the finance function.
14. Provide assistance in Data cleansing, transformation & data mapping activities corresponding to the migration phase of the projects.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with experience working with financial systems and software. You should also have a strong understanding of business processes and technical skills in implementing Oracle Fusion Financials.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Financials or similar financial systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
