Product Manager Role

We're looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team and shape the future of our platform. As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in defining product vision, roadmap, and backlog. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Owning product modules end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, backlogs, and requirements documentation to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborating closely with tech leads, developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and maximize customer value.
  • Leading sprint ceremonies, including planning, backlog grooming, and daily syncs, to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Working with internal stakeholders and customers to define custom features, integrations, and business logic that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Driving user acceptance testing (UAT), feedback collection, and iterative improvements post-launch to ensure continuous product improvement.
  • Balance product goals with technical constraints and timelines, ensuring smart trade-offs that meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or technical product environments.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner or in end-to-end product lifecycle management.
  • Strong documentation and story-writing skills with proven success collaborating with engineering and QA.
  • Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, and Visio.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to synthesize inputs from technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to hold others accountable to timelines and outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and user impact.
  • Flexibility to work with partial US time zone overlap for cross-team collaboration.
