Job Title:

Ambitious and detail-driven Import/Export Professional is required to oversee the entire import/export operations of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods across international borders.
  • Oversee end-to-end shipment processes, including booking, tracking, and final delivery.
  • Ensure timely clearance of shipments and resolve any delays or bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including invoices, certificates of origin, and compliance documents.
  • Generate periodic reports to track shipment performance, costs, and regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with logistics service providers to optimize costs.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks related to shipment delays, damages, and compliance issues.
  • Interact with category sourcing managers to ensure supply continuity with lowest possible landed cost.

  • Strong knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
