Job Role Summary

This is a senior-level position requiring expertise in solution architecture, customer collaboration, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud platforms, database management, microservice architecture, and agile development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize presales activities to drive business growth, including customer/partner collaboration, technical discussions, and defining scope.
  • Lead the development of Proof of Concept (PoC) with customers, outlining success criteria, scope of work, and effort estimation.
  • Kickstart critical products/projects by helping teams understand customer requirements and defining roadmaps for features.
  • Make informed decisions on make-or-buy options for products and technologies, evaluating scenarios and recommending best solutions for the business.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to architect teams, grooming them to take technology leadership in various projects/areas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 15+ years of total experience.
  • Ability to scope client solutions accurately, identifying pain points, business, and technical requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), SQL/no-SQL databases, and declarative languages.
  • Sound knowledge of microservice architecture, continuous integration, and frontend development with modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile development tools and ability to formulate and lead technical-functional activities.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical issues simply and convincingly to diverse audiences.
