We are a dynamic fintech company seeking an experienced Fintech HR Strategist to lead our recruitment efforts. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic plans to attract top talent in the industry.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. You will also partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the fintech or tech industry. They will possess a proven track record of filling diverse roles, including technical and executive positions, and have strong knowledge of recruitment tools and industry best practices.
