Job Title: Experienced Accountant

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual for the position of Experienced Accountant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting and financial operations, including preparation and verification of purchase and sales bills, cash control, voucher preparation, daily transaction entries in accounting books/ERP, creditors management, vendor payments via NEFT/RTGS, handling LC documentation, liaising with bankers, preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements, salary & wages computation, maintaining salary and attendance registers, monthly stock statements preparation for banks, assistance in finalization of accounts, drafting official letters related to accounts and statutory matters, and preparation of MIS reports for management.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance, along with proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and verification of Purchase & Sales Bills (matching with POs, invoices, supplementary bills).
  • Cash control, voucher preparation, and daily transaction entries in accounting books/ERP.
  • Creditors management and vendor payments via NEFT/RTGS.
  • Handling LC documentation and liaising with bankers for daily operations.
  • Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
  • Salary & wages computation, maintaining Salary and Attendance Registers.
  • Monthly stock statements preparation for banks (Cash Credit facility).
  • Assistance in finalization of accounts (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
  • Drafting official letters related to accounts and statutory matters.
  • Preparation of MIS reports for management.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum: B.Com (Accounting/Finance).
  • Preferred: M.Com or specialization in Finance/Accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.
