Job Description

As a strategic sourcing expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving effective collaboration and ensuring seamless communication with key client stakeholders and colleagues across the globe. Your primary objective will be to deliver defined business outcomes through collaborative partnerships.

You will develop key stakeholder matrices per category/location, fostering regular engagement and driving high levels of client satisfaction. Additionally, you will ensure optimal supplier relationship management for assigned suppliers.

In this capacity, you will serve as a subject matter expert for IT categories with expertise on one of sub-categories (HW, SW, SaaS, Network, Telecom, Co-lo). You will source innovative solutions, formulate cost-effective models, and implement IT strategies that align with global and regional goals.

Responsibilities include performing spend and contract analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction, formulating category-specific cost/license/service models, and collaborating with clients and colleagues to define and implement IT strategies and sourcing area plans. You will lead end-to-end IT sourcing projects from concept to delivery, adhering to agreed timelines and service quality standards.

Furthermore, you will provide sourcing expertise, solutions, and support to client engagements and pitches, as well as oversee the planning and execution of projects across a dynamic, multi-client environment.
