We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Quality Assurance (SDQA) Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and automation.

You will work closely with our development and QA teams to identify test requirements and implement effective test strategies. Your expertise in C# and Python programming languages will be essential in developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for web applications and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Automation: Develop, automate, and execute unit and functional tests to ensure the quality and reliability of software products using C# and Python.
  • API Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring robust and scalable backend services.
  • Test Framework Maintenance: Build, optimize, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications and APIs using industry-standard tools and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to identify test requirements and implement effective test strategies.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for test automation and API integration scripts.
  • Continuous Integration: Participate in code reviews, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to enhance development and testing workflows.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely feedback to improve product quality.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • C# Expertise: Deep expertise in C#, including software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Testing Experience: Proven experience developing, automating, and executing unit and functional tests.
  • API Development: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Python Scripting: Proficiency in Python scripting for test automation and integration purposes.
  • Automation Frameworks: Experience with test automation frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, xUnit, or similar for C#; Pytest or others for Python.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), test lifecycle (STLC), and Agile methodologies.
  • Continuous Integration Tools: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., AWS, Docker).
  • Performance and Security Testing: Knowledge of performance and security testing concepts.
  • Database Technologies: Familiarity with database technologies and writing SQL queries.
