About the Role

As a seasoned auditing professional, you will lead our engagement team in delivering exceptional client service to real estate, technology, and financial services clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality audit outcomes while fostering strong relationships with our clients.

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of audit engagements, including staffing, planning, risk assessment, and financial reporting. You will also provide guidance and support to engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors, promoting open communication with the engagement partner.

In addition, you will collaborate with engagement partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations for legal, regulatory, and accounting issues that arise during audits. Your ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently will be crucial in efficiently meeting client deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the engagement team in delivering high-quality audit services to clients.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of audit engagements, including staffing, planning, risk assessment, and financial reporting.
  • Provide guidance and support to engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors.
  • Collaborate with engagement partners on client issue resolution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Masters; CPA is preferred.
  • At least 7-10 years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects.
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
