Hiring for a Team Supervisor Role in Healthcare Operations

Our organization seeks experienced professionals with a strong background in healthcare and at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in an International Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to lead teams effectively and possess strong operational metrics such as Attrition, Shrinkage, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct supervision of team members including work and attendance monitoring
  • Effective coaching to team members for high-performance delivery
  • Identifying performance-related issues and developing corrective action plans
  • Ensuring service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations
  • Communicating expectations and providing timely updates to employees
  • Conducting team meetings and scheduling activities
  • Staying current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures
  • Exercising independent judgment and discretion in implementing management policies
  • Collaborating with other Team Leaders and Managers to support program delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Motivated individuals with skills to develop and coach team members
  • Ability to lead team members, multitask, prioritize, and meet deliverables timelines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to mentor, coach, and provide direction to team members
