Program Manager Role

Are you a strategic and analytical professional looking to drive performance management and impact tracking in a dynamic organization? We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team and oversee the implementation of various initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for initiative design and implementation, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and maintain robust performance monitoring systems, enabling data-driven decision-making and cost optimization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

What You'll Need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in performance management, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Significant experience within a global organization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning, cost performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Tableau as well as project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
