About this Role:

  • Lead project teams in delivering advanced analytics solutions for clients in insurance and healthcare industries.
  • Closely engage with client stakeholders and onsite teams; participate in workshops to identify high-impact business problems.
  • Translate business problems into clear analytics problem statements and design plans for developing and deploying data solutions.
  • Measure and articulate how analytics results improve clients' business metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in delivering advanced analytics solutions through analytics consulting
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in leading multidisciplinary teams
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare industries and related functional areas
  • Ability to translate high-level business problems into analytics problem statements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scoping, development, validation, and deployment of explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytic solutions
  • Experience in stakeholder management, driving project governance, and linking analytics to business value delivered
  • Hands-on experience in data handling using SQL and advanced analytics tools such as R and / or Python
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
