Job Title: Corporate Action Specialist

The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring and managing corporate actions across global positions.

This position ensures efficient processing, timely notifications, accurate bookings, smooth election processes, and effective reconciliation, while minimizing operational and market risks.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Direct setup of corporate actions in operating systems
  • Monitoring corporate actions across reliefs and identifying eligible global positions
  • Following up on events' announcements, forecasts, and deadlines to ensure accurate notifications and bookings
  • Managing election process for voluntary events with internal teams
  • Handling all corporate action types within the team's scope
  • Providing regular reporting to management and contributing proactively in meetings

Additionally, you will:

  • Adhere to compliance rules and mitigate operational/reputational risks
  • Escalate promptly when operational risks are detected
  • Maintain strong relationships with domestic agents, custodians, and other internal departments
  • Keep management informed about potential issues or risks
