Quality Assurance Expert

We seek an experienced technical professional to design, implement and scale quality engineering strategies across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide QA strategies, frameworks and best practices.
  • Design scalable test automation solutions across multiple environments.
  • Evaluate and recommend automation, performance and security testing tools.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to QA engineers and developers on quality-first engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable and maintainable testing solutions.
  • Monitor and improve quality metrics using data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a QA Architect or Senior QA Engineer in enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in automation frameworks including Selenium, Cypress and Playwright.
  • Integration of CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins and GitLab CI.
  • API testing using Postman and RestAssured, performance testing using JMeter, basic security testing.
  • Hands-on coding skills in Java, JavaScript or Python.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure and GCP, microservices testing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
