Job Role: Associate Admission Counselor

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Education Counselor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through our various undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students and provide detailed information about UG & PG courses.
  • Advise students on program selection and the admission process.
  • Maintain records of daily interactions and inquiries.
  • Follow up with students through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Convert leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Analyze participant feedback and use it to improve services.
  • Accurately manage and act on assigned leads from multiple sources.
  • Support students throughout their decision-making journey with a customer-centric approach.
