Job Title: Senior Transition ManagerAbout the Role:

An experienced transition manager is required to oversee the successful migration of specified roles into a global company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed transition plans, including identification and scheduling of project deliverables, milestones, required tasks, and scope of processes to be transitioned.
  • Provide feedback to technical managers on service design and solution documentation.
  • Coordinate and successfully manage the transition of processes in scope from the local site's into the Business Service Center.
  • Manage the transition on site, collaborate with technical managers and local site management, monitoring and reporting on transition progress.
  • Resolve transition issues, document risks, and create mitigation plans.
  • Ensure the appropriate documentation of local processes, including providing a quality review of documentation, process maps, and desktop procedures.
  • Ensure correct application of transition methodology to each transition being managed by the team.
  • Ensure successful delivery of transition outputs, including decision gates, ramp up, go lives, and the overall transition completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to work with different stakeholders, excellent stakeholder management and client handling skills.
  • Excellent communication, written and oral, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage change in a fluid, dynamic, and evolving environment.
  • Track record of excellent project execution and delivery preferred.
  • Understanding of metrics, process improvements, lean, and six sigma would be helpful.
  • Proficient with MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint in particular.
