Senior Agentic AI Engineer

This is a high-level, challenging role that involves designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge agentic AI solutions from architectural design to successful deployment and ongoing optimization in a production environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agentic AI Solutions: Design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Backend Systems: Architect and build robust and scalable backend systems.
  • LLM Integration: Integrate and manage interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.
  • Vector Database Optimization: Utilize and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
  • Agentic Workflows: Develop and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and other engineers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Python Expertise: Proven expertise in Python.
  • Langchain Experience: Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Agentic Frameworks: Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Vector Databases: Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • LLM Application: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
