Job Overview

The role involves leading end-to-end data analysis to derive actionable insights on player behavior and product feature performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify root causes for key trends contributing significantly to strategic business initiatives and evaluate their impact on product success and user experience.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned reporting and analytics.
  • Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from stakeholders relating to various deliverables.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiencies, and value addition through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data input or system issues ensuring data quality and reliable analytical outputs.

Qualifications and Skills required:

  • Graduate/MBA with 2-4 years of product/e-commerce/Gaming industry experience in the data space.
  • Demonstrated experience in consumer modeling and analyzing data to evaluate product effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of data profiling and proven experience in data mining, collation, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with all levels within the organization.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Python for analytics.
  • Ability to own analysis and project end-to-end.
