Job Title: IT Advanced Excel Trainer

A challenging and rewarding career opportunity has arisen for an IT Advanced Excel Trainer. As a professional trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students in advanced MS Excel skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to mentor, coach, and counsel students. Prior experience as a faculty/trainer/instructor is highly desirable but not mandatory.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree
  • At least one year of experience as a faculty or trainer
  • Relevant industry experience (1-3 years) or aspiring to transition into teaching
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience and perseverance
  • Familiarity with soft skill training and personality development
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and counsel students

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Imparting training on IT
  • Instructing basic computer knowledge, including operating systems and application software
  • Teaching MS Word skills, such as page layout, printing, headers, footers, and mail merging
  • Introducing students to the internet, including web browsing and email creation
  • Familiarizing students with cloud storage services like Google Drive and OneDrive
  • Training students on online meeting tools like WebEx and Skype
  • Instructing remote desktop tools, such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and Ammyy
  • Developing advanced MS Excel skills, including cell references, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, power pivots, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, OR, AND functions, and data validation
