Key Responsibilities
  • Develop cutting-edge interior design concepts for high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects that exceed client expectations.
  • Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, technical documentation, and GFC sets that meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless on-site execution.
  • Work closely with senior designers and project managers to deliver high-quality designs that meet client requirements.
  • Conduct site visits, supervise design implementation, and maintain design quality and intent throughout the project.
  • Present designs to clients in a professional and solution-oriented manner, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with global design trends and materials to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Software Proficiency:

  • AutoCAD – Mandatory for creating precise 2D and 3D designs.
  • SketchUp / Rhino – Ideal for 3D modeling and visualization.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) – Essential for presenting designs and visuals to clients.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) – Used for project management and presentations.
  • Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape – Preferred for creating realistic renders and visualizations.
  • Revit – An added advantage for building information modeling and data analysis.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Postgraduate studies or certifications in interior design can be beneficial for advanced knowledge and skills.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in interior design or architecture, preferably in a leading firm or practice.
  • Experience in handling multiple projects independently or as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
