As a professor or instructor at RCPIT, you will be responsible for conducting lectures, preparing course materials, assessing student performance, mentoring students, and participating in academic and research activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in the relevant field of engineering
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students in the learning process
  • Experience in conducting research and publishing scholarly articles
  • Adaptability and willingness to stay updated with advancements in the field
  • Desirable: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline and/or relevant industry experience
