Site Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring execution meets quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site operations to guarantee work delivery aligns with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety criteria.
  • Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and manage resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones as per schedule.
  • Maintain site records including daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.
  • Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills.
  • Conduct quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes, company standards, and safety norms.
  • Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with project managers and consultants.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and industry standards
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (preferred)
  • Good leadership and team coordination skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Willingness to work at project sites
