Senior Voice Network Engineer Role

Duration: 8-12 Years of Experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice Gateway, Call Management, Webex, CVP, VMware, Patch Management, and Release Management.

Job Description:

As a Senior Voice Network Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of voice networks for our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that our voice infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and meets the evolving needs of our business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cisco UCCE and UCCX Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal (UCCX).
  • VOIP Protocols Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP with knowledge of ITIL process.
  • Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC Troubleshooting: Proficient in basic troubleshooting skills for Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC.
  • MACD Creation Knowledge: Skilled in creating MACDs in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Performance Management Tools Integration: Experienced in using VOIP and Performance Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools.
  • Telecom Infrastructure Protocols: Thorough understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling.
  • Business Support Environment: Ready to work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
