Job Description:

As a key member of our international team, you will play a vital role in empowering our customers with state-of-the-art Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our vibrant team and contribute to the delivery of maximum value to our business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization.

You will be responsible for creating and managing purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices, as well as collaborating with our purchasing organization to create purchase orders and goods receipts.

Additionally, you will partner with our finance organization to identify and implement process improvements and best practice initiatives.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should also have a good understanding of SAP and be able to demonstrate a good thought process in problem-solving.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of P2P experience
  • Strong knowledge of SCM principles and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of SAP
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
