About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Interior Designer and Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance on interior design trends and solutions.
  • Lead a team of designers, providing mentorship and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and using it to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in interior design and project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
  • Knowledge of design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
