Product Analytics Professional

We're seeking a talented Product Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. As a pioneering platform, we deliver exceptional quality across every product, from fresh fruits and flours to oils, dairy, and home staples.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in setting up our product analytics stack, pipelines, and event structures.

  • Collaborate with Product, Business, and CX teams to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Define key metrics, dashboards, and processes that drive data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and informative dashboards.
  • Develop and own core product/business metrics (North Star & supporting KPIs).
  • Conduct thorough analyses of user journeys, funnels, and growth experiments.
  • Partner with product managers on A/B testing and feature impact analysis.
  • Create efficient automations or scripts to reduce manual reporting and enhance scalability.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst / Growth Analyst at Tier-1 tech/product companies.
  • Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Looker, Superset, Tableau, etc.), and event-driven analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, GA4).
  • A solid grasp of experimentation, funnel analysis, and behavioral cohorting.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to influence product/business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Experience building automated reporting workflows.
  • Curiosity around AI agents / LLMs for internal tools and decision support.
  • Exposure to quick commerce, consumer internet, or subscription products.
