Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering innovative and strategically focused concepts and campaigns
  • Leading writing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor information, and product knowledge
  • Managing multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining productivity and efficiency
  • Estimating creative hours and resources effectively
  • Participating in client meetings and presentations to showcase creativity and expertise
  • Attending market research sessions to stay informed and inspired
  • Working closely with planning to shape strategic branding and ensure consistency
  • Providing constructive feedback and guidance to team members to drive growth and improvement
  • Demonstrating understanding and appreciation of client products and marketing challenges, and being responsive to their needs

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of experience in copywriting or a related field
  • A proven track record of creative ability, judgment, and client contact experience
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively with account management
  • Successful experience in managing creative writers and teams
  • Availability to travel and commitment to producing high-quality work
