Job Opportunity: Creative Coordinator

A Creative Coordinator is the key individual responsible for bridging the gap between the Design Head and the Production team. This role ensures seamless operations and efficient delivery of daily tasks to the Design Head.

With a strong background in leadership, excellent communication skills, and experience in team management, this position requires an individual who can take charge, coordinate effectively, and lead the team towards achieving its goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding daily design and content delivery requirements from Project Managers.
  • Coordinating with various teams, including production, live tracking, print, electronic media, and field coordinators.
  • BRAINstorming and ideation for production-related tasks.
  • Content checking and design proof-reading for production deliveries.
  • Collaborating with the design head and creative director for design approvals.
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining open communication with the Project Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
  • Excellent PC skills.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Decision-making skills.
