Automated Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Automated Test Engineer. This role involves developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging scripting languages such as Python, JAVA, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, focusing on web, mobile, and API testing.
  • Hands-on experience with functional testing of applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and Financials.
  • Analyze and improve existing test automation strategies and processes.
  • Drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to define efficient methods for creating test cases.
  • Ensure continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing.
  • Empower and enhance delivery from offshore by ensuring close coordination.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to drive reusability and consistency with industry-standard best practices.
  • Mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation.
  • Create detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
  • Mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, Mobile, and APIs.
  • Experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium.
  • Proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scriptless automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes.
