Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead our educational programs.

This role involves planning, implementation and monitoring of various initiatives in assigned locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Optimizing school infrastructure and facilities to improve student learning outcomes
  • Activating critical processes in schools such as sports, assembly, library, computer labs and student-centred activities
  • Ensuring smooth academic and co-scholastic operations throughout the year
  • Assisting in formulation of annual operating plans and monitoring day-to-day expenses
  • Supporting recruitment of academic mentors and trainers
  • Nurturing long-term partnerships with stakeholders including community, parents and government bodies

To succeed in this challenging role, strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for educational programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

2. School Operations: Oversee daily operations in schools, including management of resources and personnel.

3. Partnerships and Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with local communities, parents and government agencies to promote collaboration and mutual benefit.

4. Training and Development: Support the recruitment and training of academic mentors and trainers to enhance the quality of education.

5. Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, business administration)
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
