Job Description: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of software delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

You will work closely with Quality Assurance and Development Teams to ensure that products meet the highest standards of usability, reliability, and quality. This includes collaborating on product development, testing, and implementation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Development Teams to ensure product quality and standards are met
  • Work closely with Engineers, Architects, and Customer Services to align customer requirements with project goals
  • Participate in RND meetings with clients to understand business requirements and develop solutions
  • Manage daily scrum calls, resolve impediments, and ensure overall quality and timeline are met
  • Develop and maintain technical skills, including .Net, RDMS, DevOps Environment, and automation experience
  • Key result areas include functional/feature review, testing, regression, load, performance, high availability, GUI testing, and automation testing
  • Responsible for creating client and internal reporting, maintaining quality manuals and standards, and documenting processes

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science or Electronics required. Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) necessary.
