Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on Oracle products and services
  • Develop and implement solutions to customer issues, utilizing independent judgment and analytical skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and issue resolution
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
  • Contribute to project planning and execution, potentially taking on project lead roles

Requirements:

  • 5-9+ years of experience in SaaS ERP, preferably with Oracle Fusion SaaS
