Key Position Overview

The role of the Data Insights Professional is to transform raw data into actionable business information that drives operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

This position is responsible for delivering accurate, timely reports and providing in-depth analysis that supports informed decision-making within the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and present regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad-hoc analytics.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple systems.
  • Support workforce planning with forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Recommend and track process improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Guarantee compliance with data security, governance, and confidentiality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Strong knowledge of business intelligence/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Solid understanding of SQL and ability to query databases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
