  • Develop and execute motion design strategies across our organization

  • Design a scalable animation system within our Design System framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution
  • Conduct A/B testing of motion variants and integrate insights into our workflow
  • Ensure accessibility best practices in motion design

Required Skills:
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of animation principles and user psychology
  • Be proficient in industry-standard tools such as Illustrator, After Effects, Rive, and Lottie
  • Produce quick prototypes of motion ideas for team review and discussion
  • Develop expertise in creating motion guidelines for design systems
  • Possess a portfolio showcasing UI motion, micro-interactions, and animations
  • Cultivate effective collaboration with design and engineering teams
  • Have experience working on consumer mobile apps at scale
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with 3D/Spline for lightweight product animations is a plus
